What is your warranty? All products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty for both the product and service. In addition, Brightmark Renovations provides a 2–5 year labour warranty, depending on the service provided.
What is the ordering process for windows and/or doors? First, a team member will visit your home for an initial measurement. We’ll then provide you with a detailed quote. If you choose to proceed, a deposit will be required before the product is ordered. Once confirmed, we’ll schedule your installation date.
Where do you source your products? Our windows and doors are typically sourced from All Weather at Home or LUX Windows and Doors, unless you prefer a different supplier. Renovation materials are purchased from a variety of trusted suppliers, depending on the specific project.
